I should have read the comments before I posted but to Ex. I am going to guess that picture was taken at the tailgate area on Pioneer High School Property. As such, it may very well represent several different tents and with people flying all sorts of flags. Since it is kind of hard to control who will fly what flags at what height, get off your freaking high horse. I'm willing to bed in Columbus, they don't even fly American flags as they have blue in them.....I believe the Soviet Flag would be more along your color schemes.
Well, of course there is no Soviet Union anymore, but just to follow your fanciful line of comment, I would have to guess you pinko liberals in Ann Arbor would win the commie head count every day of the week.
