During the days of the Original M Zone, we were introduced to the odd Texas A&M tradition in which their cadet corp grabs their packages during Aggie football games.
Well apparently this tradition has spread to the football team.
In the first quarter of Texas A&M's 9-6 upset of Nebraska on Saturday, Cornhusker tight end Ben Cotton dove on a fumble by his team. In the ensuing scrum to recover the loose ball, Aggie Tony "TSA" Jerod-Eddie attempted to get Cotton to release his grip on the football by squeezing the shit out of another ball in Cotton's possession.
Check it out in the latest MZone video creation below showing how the love of grabbing mansack has spread from the A&M fan base to the football field. Either that or Jerod-Eddie is getting ready for his interview with the Transportation Safety Administration this week.

And then, to add insult to injury--literally--he gets a flag for defending his genitalia. I never would have expected to sympathize for a Nebraska player coached by a former Ohio State player but--as a current Michigan fan--I can relate to a world lacking in justice.

I think you are making too much of this. Everyone knows The A&M player was interviewing for a job with the TSA.
I didn't watch this game, I was listening to the Notre Dame-Army "game". About the only time I root for Army, they lay a goose egg. Thanks Army. At least one of our services can take care of the folks from South Bend.
And seriously, I never thought I would say this but I think Joe Buck and Troy Aikman better look out...they've got competition....

Certainly got a reaction out of the Husker guy, huh? Reminds me of this one time when one of my grandfather's cows switched his tail up against an electric fence... have never seen a cow move so fast...
Maybe a similar experience was what inspired the Aggie guy...

Trust me, he was heavily punished and ran so many laps he nearly threw up. Our (Aggie) coach made it clear that was NOT acceptable!

Sorry, but unless he suspended him for the next game, he wasn't punished enough. Sherman let him off light.
