While UMass, IFast
Go Blue!
Rough start. UMass takes the opening drive inside the 20 and kicks a FG. Denard throws a pick into double coverage on the second play.
Touchdown Michael Shaw. 7-3 Wolves.
End of 1st quarter. Michigan leads 7-3. UMass getting first downs and driving. This may be a long day.
UMass touchdown. Uggggggggg
Denard sacked for the first time all season.
Missed FG. UMass still leads 10-7. Boo birds out. Visions of Appy State big and bold right now.
I am going to stop posting comments, because clearly it is having a negative effect on the team.
Wow. That was F*Ugly. The UFR for the defense is going to be interesting.
Michigan wins 42-37.
When you have not been to a bowl game in 2 years, style points don't matter.
Doesn't bode well for the rest of the season.
i dunno. D was just awful in 1st half. 2nd? seemed like w/ big lead, they were playing very conservatively w/ a team that was willing to run 8 minute drives, down 3 scores.
if (yeah, i know, "if") they don't drop the INT, or the punt snap, this isn't much of a story after half time.
next couple weeks will be telling.
BTW- quote of the day- Lundquist is talking about the 30 arrests of UF players during Meyer's 6 years (which is actually worse that Sweaterboy's- go figure), and Danielson says "i know that's a lot, but i refuse to call that a 'dirty' program".
really??? what would you call it, Gary?
I know everyone is mad.
Unacceptable is losing a game like this.
Disappointing is having it be so close.
Learn from it and move forward.
SiC,
LOL. That's a good one.
Andy, blogging or not blogging -- wasn't you, it was the "D"...and I use that term loosely. VERY loosely.
Ok! Back to reality! New Sparty unis? Ick.
Ugly game but hopefully I got good pics.
Ugly, it was a victory non the less - healing pictures the defense has earned.
T9
You are so right. Sparty looks like an arena football team with those uniforms.
This game is painful to watch.
Worse and Worser. Brian Kelly has picked up his prickishness right where he left off.
And we better find some D or Sparty is gonna hurt us bad....
Sparty does not look that great on D either. Crist just picked them apart like they were wearing winged helmets.
The over/under for the Michigan/MSU game is going to be something like 120.
Notre Dame takes the lead in the 4th quarter. 28-21.
Sparty looks tired.
Too many damn close games tonight. I am dead tired from being up at 4:30am today for the tailgate but I cannot go to bed with Sparty just tying it up again.
Brian Kelly is an idiot. Went for it on 4th down on his side of the field with 6 minutes left.
Wow....I gotta hand it to Sparty...
Sparty with the fake FG to win it in OT. Wow.
So? Is Arizona really good? Or Iowa over rated?
Two quarterbacks from my son's high school are on ESPN channels right now: Wake's Tanner Price and Arizona's Nick Foles. Pretty cool.
Bear Down, Arizona.
Zona doesn't have a big enough lead to hold on through the second half.
wv = refiber.
What I will have to do if AZ loses this game.
And my pics from the game:

crist's performance makes me wonder what would have happened had he played the entire game against you guys.
Arizona beats Iowa. Four sacks in a row on Stanzi. Wow!
Way too many penalties.
This is my belief. To start every season you have to have a tune up game, a challenge game and a scare game. We've had all three and won. Let's Roll!
