Ok, now this is a clever jab by a fan of our rivals from that psuedo-college in Columbus.
Who plays "Temptation" better - the Michigan Marching Band...or the Muppets? You decide!

ok, one point for them
but my vote goes for
THE BAND
THE BAND
THE BAND
GO BLUE
BEAT THE BUCKEYES
Michigan has a band...other than "The Nudge?" Crazy. Must be that overshadowing thing.
Really, that was lame, the band is outstanding and that was obvious in this clip.
LET'S GO BLUE!!!!!
BEAT SWEATER VEST!!!!!!
funny
as
hell!
The Muppets do Hawaiian War Chant too. Personally, I think it's awesome.
When did the muppets sing temptation?
tosu has no woodwinds, etc., it's more of a "drum & bugle corp" than a real band.
seriously? how are you going to play: "76 trombones led the big parade, 101 clarinets close behind", when you don't have any clarinets???
This one's easy: the Michigan band does not have three pigs, four chickens and four frogs that can sing. Next question.
If you want to call the OSUMB a "drum and bugle corps" go ahead, but only in the literal sense.
And for the record, TBDBITL has 28 trombones, who needs woodwinds?
Oh wait, Michigan does
Who taught the marching nuts how to do script ohio? That's right.
Who cares about a bunch of people that have the 5-lbs stuffed in a 10-lb sack look anyhow? Bands are boring.
the version of script ohio the UM band did was tilted up, had rounder O's, a random line coming of the little O and was just weirld looking in general:

The OSU band has improved on the design quite a bit:

maybe, but before we did it, no one in the band new how to spell it.
I'm with Jeremy - you can't have one without the other. Where are the muppets doing Hawaiian War Chant?
"The OSU band has improved on the design quite a bit"
Yeah, 70+ years of practice will do that.
A little bit off topic... but I was watching the movie The Good German this week (my netflix queue needs some work).
Horrible movie in every sense, but during a key moment of the film, a chase during a parade -- the marching band music was this.
I kept waiting for George Clooney to dot the "I"
That was awesome... I miss Animal on the skins though
That's kind of weak. Temptation as performed by the MMB is awesome.
Go Blue! BEAT THE BUCKS!
Longer version of Muppet Temptation:

Muppets sings Hawaiian War Chant:

So the question remains, which came first...the Muppets or the MMB?
Here's a link of Temptation performed by the MMB at the Super Bowl. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jq44AUEJnks&feature=related
I looked for a link of the the "best" damn band in the land performing at the Super Bowl, but I just couldn't find it. Oh yeah, one doesn't exist...
