Maybe this is wishful thinking on my part, but I believe the color guy said "face raKed"
Imagine if he was puking over on the sideline after that play...
Is anyone else beginning to notice that officials all of a sudden lose the ability to make good personal foul calls during any game involving a Big 12 team?
It's not like they're cheating, but as if they are immediately confused and forget how to make a call.
I know we did our own embarrassing the Big 10, but shame on Iowa for losing to a shitty ISU team...again.
Isn't there an official in the press box, reviewing every play? Honestly, that is just way too obvious and shameful.....that the player would even DO that.....and that the officials didn't bother to do a damn thing about it. Shameful.
As for calling it a face rape......in my opinion.....that is exactly what it was and that player had to feel violated.

I didn't get to pay much attention to football this sweekend, travelling from ann arbor for the game to columbus for a wedding in the same day (i know it was stupid, but is was my best friend, at least it was an evening wedding). so, Iowa state, brand new coach iowa state, lost to kent state by a lots (at work so can't check scores, but i think it was like 52-3) in their opening game, beat iowa without even scoring a touchdown, was beaten by toledo 36-35 (I was there, it was just a bad, bad game) then beats texas, wtf? toledo lost to buffalo this weekend, making them the last in the mac, yet another reason why they will not beat michigan nect year, unless perhaps all michigan is left with is the space emperor, who I got my picture with this weekend (walked back with him, his mom and grandmother, after the game), then maybe, but certainly not likely.

After the game the ref, Blindy McCataract had no comment about that call.....
Maybe the ref John Goodman played was calling the game?
