Well, we gave up a bunch of yards, but forced 5 turnovers when we needed them. Nice to see Mario get back on track. Probably should have dominated a team that lost to Duke, but maybe we can't be too picky this year. Win's a win.

I think the best part of todays game was not hearing Appalachian State mentioned - at least on the big ten network.
Having WATCHED the game on BTN I can PROMISE you Michigan moved the ball with ease with Henne in charge. With Mallett at the helm we struggled. Mallett got some work, the mo shifted after the half then believe it or not the Defense made all the plays when they had to. Time to learn more next week vs EMU. Henne really made good decisions and aside from overthrowing a WIDE OPEN Arrington at the goal line in the 4th this game wasn't that close.

I didn't get to see or hear any of the play by play, but by the quarter by quarter score........ouch in the first half! It appears by the second half scoring that we came back a different team. So Henne played some and Mallett played some I gather...........Maize my Darling..........PLEASE don't use Hillary in such graphic images EVER again.........I will never ever be the same after that one.

Yost, I am thankful that NW does not have a mobile qb...the BW3 in GR was dead in the first half...I know, I know, we lost a 3rd guard on the right side of the offensive line, but cant a team like Michigan have someone who can fill in? Beyonce must be calling our plays, you know "to the left, to the left...all I saw was Hart to the left" ok, old news...I used that last week, but this is getting more predictible than the sun rising every morning...
