According to the MMA Weekly link here, he was arrested on several charges including DUI, Speeding, Driving Without a Valid License, Intimidating a Public Officer, Malicious Destruction of Public Property, and others.

The mark near the right armpit appears to be a scar from shoulder surgery. This is not Kevin's first brush with the law, either. In the summer of 1992, he was arrested for beating the shit out of an entire campus bar.
Let's not forget that as we read this, Kevin is serving a one-year suspension from mixed martial arts after submitting a cup of HORSE URINE to Nevada State Athletic Commission officers following his last fight.
