P.S. Can you folks see the block "M" watermarks on the white background as before? I can't but Benny claims it's there on his computer and in the coding.

there are NO watermarks visible!
I can see the watermarks - they are slightly grey and very distinguished-looking against the white.
No watermarks.
I found the reference to the background/watermark in the HTML, and was able to see two watermarks in a separate IE7 window.
I can see both the watermarks and the Ohio State Ringtone ad. Yeesh.
I see the watermarks on the sides of the page, but not down the middle.
the watermarks are only on the sides
Nope, I can't see nuthin'.
Yeah, it definitely depends on your web browser. When I used Opera, for example, the watermarks appeared as normal. But with IE, they failed to show up.
I see the watermarks using Firefox browser. Is everyone else using IE?
Do you guys get paid more for clicks on the ads? If so, I'm clicking them every time I check this site. Even if they are for buckeye stuff.
What's up with the tOSU ads polluting an otherwise fine site?
I can see the watermarks, but I see no ads. (Though, I use Adblock in Firefox, so I probably won't.)
I'm using IE6 here at work and no watermarks- just the large dark blue block M in the title (top left of the page). I'll check with IE7 at home.
The watermark should appear now - though not in the middle since it interferes with the posts.
The problem was only with Internet Explorer. Why anyone still uses that is beyond me, but why anyone watched According To Jim is beyond me too.
I can see the watermarks now (IE6).
I thought about switching browsers, but I use IE7 at home and I think it's light-years better than IE6.
Can you have Firefox installed as well as IE7 and switch browsers whenever you want?
OOC... I do some web development and IE 7, when it first came out, broke all my DHTML and client side callbacks. Apparently, MS really didn't "fix" anything from IE 6 to IE 7, they just wrapped the security differently. Which just makes it harder for the honest folks to use the product, it doesn't prevent the bad guys from doing their deeds as most of the same issues with IE 6 still exist on some level.
That's good to know MGB93- certasinly not the warm and fuzzy that MS gives you when they recommend upgrading. I'd like to try Firefox- can you have it and IE7 installed at the same time and use either one? I'd like to try Firefox, but don't want to uninstall IE7 just to try it
I see watermarks (and OSU ads). OOC, I have IE7 and firefox.
OK... back from work. The watermarks are visibile now.
That's it? I waited all weekend for this? What a rip off...
OOC: I use both IE7 and Firefox on the same machine. You'll have to choose a default browser, but that's about the extent of the decision making on your part.
I like Firefox - to the point that I was going to ditch IE7 altogether - but had to keep it as my default for work.
Thanks for the info, all. I'll be putting Firefox on my machine at home and see how I like it.
By the way, will I need to Clint Eastwood to pilot it and does he have to speak Russian to navigate it? Yeah - that's showing my age.
