Since it has the universal male symbol on the side, I am thinking you just replace that with the universal female symbol.
Oh, and put up a sign saying, "Please don't flush paper towels down the toilet."
(That is from my vast experience as a Coastal Mart attendant.)
I wouldn't use the drinking fountain on the other side.
