2007 Michigan Football Season T-shirt

Today is the last day for season ticket holders to vote to help decide the winning design for the official 2007 Michigan football season t-shirt. This year's theme is "The Team, The Team, The Team" in honor of Bo Schembechler's famous speech. And the four nominees are...

Quasi-photo-realism never comes out well on a shirt.

For some reason, I can't see the 3rd design (maybe my works netnanny), in which case odds are good it may be something to see on a T. I don't have a dog in that hunt, but I'm guessing you probably don't want one the one that emphasizes your schedule this year.

While Appy State is an embarassment, you should write down somewhere that Michigan will have a Top Five schedule nationally when the 2007 season closes.

Does anybody have a link to where you can vote? Or is this one just for the students?

8 home games, one against 1-AA App St and one EMU? Pathetic!

Here's the link: http://www.zoomerang.com/recipient/survey.zgi?p=WEB22699VCBAPN (from my blog)

The e-mail was just sent to students but I doubt they care if others vote on it.

Oh, now I get it. It's for 2006 season ticket holders, Hasselhoff.

I would prefer the 3rd or 4th design, but the App. State thing is an embarrassment. I voted for #3, but the school names are hard to see, so people might think that we played the West Virginia Mountaineers!

Maybe I should have voted for 1 or 2...

Fire Tommy!

Has anyone heard what's going on with these player suspensions?

I like any of them that don't have that embarrassment of a schedule. How about they take a page from tOSU and come up with Fuck Martin shirts?

Okay, so I understand App. State is embarassing and so is Eastern Michigan (but everyone plays a directional in-state team). Otherwise, our OCC (the only part of our scheg we have control over) is Notre Dame and Oregon, two fairly good teams. Otherwise, I don't understand the gripe towards having that on the back of the shirt. I just got an e-mail stating that there will be a re-vote, you can vote on the front and the back separately.

Katherine... there's 4 good games (out of 12 on the sked), Oregon, PSU, Wisconsin, tOSU. That's the problem; the majority of the schedule stinks -- the average Big East team will have a more respectable schedule this fall!

Illinois is going to be a wildcard this year. Illinois could very well crash the top of the of the Big 10 standings this fall.

The NW, EMU, Purdue stretch is an embarrassment to a program which should be considered elite.

MSU & Minnesota -- the Oakland Raiders and the Detroit Lions of the Big 10 this coming fall.

And ND a fairly good team? How about an overrated team, who consistently gets blown out in big games worse than Michigan, with an overrated coach (who doesn’t have a big win and is riding the coattails of reputations) and incoming and overrated freshman QB?

This schedule makes me ill. We used to play teams like Washington, UCLA, Colorado (when those teams were good), and even FSU and Miami in the preseason... The Martin era has given us ASU and directional Michigan. It's a complete freaking embarrassment!

Ask any athlete... do they want to beat the best and be champions or do they want to play Creampuff U so they look good for the BCS beauty contest?

The fans and spineless ADs (such as Martin) will vote for beauty contest primping.

Any athlete worth their salt will say they want to beat the best -- nuff said!

Did anyone else notice that there are only 8 games on the schedule. I would think we might want the whole schedule on the back...just my two cents...
