I wouldn't call it a conspiracy theory more then just a theory and I think he has quite a few good points. College football is driven solely by money (clock rules anyone?) and the power conferences generate the most money, hence they are the most protected. How bad does an elite team have to be before the NCAA does anything? Real bad.
I disagree that cheating is rampant; I think certain coaches will bend the rules to the limit and others will toe the line more – I think Carr leans more toward the latter.
funny, after being forced into roadrunner when my cable company switched, I too left for gmail. I must say, I prefer yahoo mail over gmail...oh well.
