Folks, sometimes comedy is just too easy as this exclusive MZone video shows...

(Very special thanks to JZ for putting this together!)

Oh hell, nothing else went right on Saturday, might as well add in some poor cheerleading too.

From a Trojan, good luck to either Michigan or Florida in Glendale...

Thanks, CS. Although I have a feeling it's going to be the Gators in Glendale.

See you in Pasadena.

USC is not exactly known for having the sharpest pencils in the case. That's why they call USC "UNIVERSITY OF SECOND CHOICE" here in Los Angeles.

Yost, not so fast my friend. All signs are pointing to an LSU - USC matchup in Pasadena. My guess is UM is Sugar bound.

Anonymous said...

I always thought it was University of Spoiled Children?

NO way Rose lets us go for a SEC team!!

MGOBLUE94 said...

On topic ... that is hilarious!

Off topic ...

IF UF ends up leap frogging Michigan, which in itself would be total and utter BS. That game between Ark and UF was filled with mistakes and gimicky plays ... SEC you call that football?

LSU would go to the Sugar and you'd see UM/USC in the rose.

You guys rock! Great video. GO BRUINS!!! and heck, Go Blue, glad we could help you out a bit. Hope you don't get screwed by the BCS.

Those sweaters must be too tight and restricting the blood flow......not that I'm complaining.

Anonymous said...

I remember seeing this. They may not know anything about football but at least they're nice to look at.

Maybe she lost a bet with a UCLA fan.

Thank God for the Song Girls. Thanks for putting a smile on my face, wasn't smiling too much yesterday. FIGHT ON, beat Michigan in the Rose Bowl!

hahhahaha

Its soooo original when anti-USC remarks are made using stereotypes from the 1980s.

hahahahahahaha

"University of Spoiled Children"
USC grants more financial aid than UCLA and Cal combined...

hahahahaha. So funny...

"University of Second Choice"
USC admission standards surpassed UCLA last year. We're one spot behind the bruins in school ranking and have been rising...

hahahahahah. Hilarious...

Enjoy your year, Bruins. More importantly, enjoy KD for a few more years.

BTW, the video is pretty funny. We don't taught the Song Girls for their intellect or game knowledge.

Good luck to Michigan tonight at the selection. I hope to see a rematch in Glendale.

\I really want to see SC kill LSU and shut them up about the 2003 National Championship.

USC grammar for the win.

Buy your degree at USC~

Has anyone found out who it is and is it the same one from the Texas game?

HAHA... man USC fans are insufferable... this is regarding USC supporters and broadcasters saying every single thing that can excuse them for how bad they got their asses kicked last night.

Here's a fun fact-

USC gives the most financial aid because, (and not to be racist,) most of their incoming freshman on scholarships are blacks who came from the ghetto that know how to play football, and never did well in high school... thats why they couldn't get into UCLA or another top-academic rated school.

For example: dwayne jarret said he wanted to go to Notre Dame, but couldn't get in due to his academic performance... so he went to USC.

Yeah, beating their team in a disappointing season 3 years later would really take some of the fun out of the fact that they actually played in and won the championship game in '03. Nice work, ace.

Good point. Please forward that to all the LSU fans that invade SC blog sites and constantly bemoan the 2003 season. Hence the "shut up" portion of my comment. Sorry you couldn't follow...

Just an FYI---
MOST financial aid in the US goes to poor WHITE people.

It's about socio-economic status and not skin color, moron.

Those are some dumbass cheerleaders.

WillinSacto said...

Classic. Of course instead of Fight On, you should have played Big C (or at the Bruins know it...Sons of Westwood).

guthrie said...

I actually saw that happen when I watched the game and started laughing my ass off recalling the posts about the Texas/USC incident. Tried to get the wife to understand. Didn't take.

jones said...

No, jam, I followed. Apparently you're not following the part about how none of them give a shit about a game taking place 3 years later?

Rose Bowl Owner said...

Damn. I knew that moment would make it into Internet infamy the second I saw it on TV. What can I say to defend it? Well, I'd still trade brains for beauty when it comes to cheerleaders.

Nothing against the Michigan cheerleaders and their mom-jean shorts and mom-vests, but...actually everything against that.

Fight On, sweater-clad Song Girls.

And, thank God we don't have to suffer with LSU Tiger fans coming to LA. Wolverines are my favorite visitors, no joke. Welcome back!

I think it is time to load up for those "FUSC" shirts for Pasadena.

Rose Bowl Owner:

There's no need to defend them. Absolutely none. They are doing just fine where they are, how they are. Don't do a thing with them, not a damned thing!

Now if we could just get all the networks to sign agreements to show them during EVERY non-football moment of every USC football game, we'd be in business.

Well said back there, T9.

it's sad when racist comments are made. The fact is, UCLA should look at the problem the UC system is facing--less than 100 entering freshmen at UCLA are black. That's sad. It's also no reason to suggest that USC is "second choice"--SATs are about 85 points higher at USC and the admissions rate is about one percent tougher at SC. And this is NOT to denigrate UCLA which is a fine school. I just think that when it comes to kids going after the dream of a college education we need some fairness and keep the racial crap out of it. Certainly success in football should have no bearing on academic achievement (except the money it SHOULD bring in to fund programs).

Affirmative action is not working, no matter how you cut it. If you look at underrepresented minority (Black, Hispanic, Native American) GPAs in both undergrad and professional schools, they are significantly below their peer groups. Some alienated whites and Asians would say that it is innate ability. I would say that it is a combination of cultural factors and the fact that our education system is not a pure meritocracy. When you ask an urban kid from a poor family to take the SATs without any prep, take all of the 0 APs offered at his high school, and apply to colleges with 1 college counselor for 3 high schools of 4,000 students each in his district while the suburban kid has the $1,500 SAT prep course, monthly meetings with the college counselor, and 15 APS to choose from, there is a built-in system of privilege that people seem to believe is fair. By the way, I am an Indian-American student at UCLA who got the benefit of this system, so I have no incentive to voice negative opinions about it.

How did a dumb blonde moment turn into an affirmative action debate? Take the conversation someplace else. This is a sports humor blog

Sorry FL and screw the BCS, the championship game has already been played played November 18th in Columbus. Go Blu in South Bend.

wds4usc said...

Uh, sorry, 5:50 p.m. Just responding to a rather racist comment that is NOT humorous. Agree that this is a humor/jousting(!) site but some comments do go over the top.

A lot of athletes who do not have good enough grades or test scores to attend Notre Dame often attend Univ of Michigan. Remember that racist little boy.

Anonymous said...

people who can't get into Notre Dame go to DeVry, asswipe

wds4usc said...

I don't think the racist comment was made my a Michigan person, 8:08 A.M. I don't even want to guess because it's too disgusting.

Anonymous said...

The only reason why USC SAT scores are "higher" than UCLA's is because USC takes the COMBINED SAT score from MULTIPLE sittings whereas UCLA takes it from just ONE sitting. For example, my USC SAT score was a 1430 but my UCLA SAT score was a 1350. Get it right you UCLA rejects!

Anonymous said...

Bruins just can't face reality. UCLA--University and College of Lower Achievement.

Anonymous said...

Hey Bruins. Did you realize that UCLA is enrolling 96 African American students? That would be 2% of the freshman class. I would be interested to know how many of that 96 are athletes. But I just want to know how you expect your university and your student body to grow with 96 African American students out of over 4,500?!

Magik Bus said...

UCLA rejects? USC accepts less people than ucla and has a lower admission rate than ucla. And USC is not an isolated demographic of upper middle class asian and white living in the bubble they call westwood unlike ucla.

ok, University and College of LOwer schievement huh, first make sure that your accronyms are correct, A university is made up of colleges, it can not be both. Go Bruins, Blue im cool with
