* Originally via Deadspin and also sent to us by BB (scroll to the bottom), here is the story of a tOSU fan who built a 1:275 scale model of the Horseshoe. Wow. And I thought I wasted a lot of time with this blog.
While the stadium is nice, GD over at MVictors.com built his own Lego homage to the Bucks...
* Whenever Michigan plays a big game, I always wonder: What does former RB Chris Perry think? (HT: JZ, Grant, ZB)
* The Columbus Post-Dispatch, with all the impartiality that you just don't see from mainstream media anymore, details all the Ohio "Traitors" who have played for Michigan. Includes a great graphic. (HT: KP, EZ).
* Teflon Tressel? Uh, that's one way of saying it.
* Ok, these new pics of the potential stadium renovation from insdie the Big House actually look very cool. (HT: T9)
* A Canton, Ohio couple is selling their tickets for the game to defray the costs of adopting a boy from Guatemala. I wonder if they're going to teach him how to say "Cogida Michigan!" (HT: IC)
* Bar + Big City = College Football Fans in the Fall (HT: DW)
* ESPN has been over the top with their coverage of the game, but I found the ESPN video game simulation interesting. Though I hope it's not prescient, if tOSU does win, I could see it going down just this way. (HT: IC, JZ)
* One more look at the late, great Bob Ufer (HT: AHS, JZ)
* MF sent us a picture of the Michigan-Ohio State ticket stub from 1948 shown below. And what better time to remind readers to check out the Michigan Football Ticket Museum, where you can see tickets from as far back as 1894, and can view them by opponent as well.
* It's classic Bo, captured by ESPN's Ivan Maisel. (HT: KK)
* And finally, Jonathan Tu is back in the country...and...well...just read this.

ESPN Game simulation will be true if Darnell Hood is a defender in the game ( see the picture - #4 ). Since there's no way Darnell Hood plays in meaningful time, it's a Michigan victory ;-)
I'm a Bengals fan and all I can think about is when is Chris Perry going to start worry about his professional career. You want to talk about ignorant, there you have it Michigan fan. Doesn't get any better than that. Great bust, I thought, when we drafted him he was going to be a force, yet all he does now is great hurt.
Dang, even in '48 the bucks were supportin the Buckstache.
Yep, just another normal week in the Big 10...
Fuck Michigan is Chinga a Michigan. That has been the most difficult thing I have ever typed since I would much rather yell Go Blue!
Here's my ending:
:58 left in the game. Michigan is leading 24-20. Buckeyes' ball at the Michigan 47, 4th and 6. Possible final play of the game, the winner here will be taking the trip to Glendale. The snap, Troy Smith pulls back with the ball. The Michigan defense is on the move, Lamarr Woodley is chasing after him, Smith releases to find Ginn open, AND THE PASS IS BROKEN UP BY #29 LEON HALL!!! THERE IS ONLY LESS THAN A MINUTE UNTIL THE WOLVERINES HAVE UPSET THE #1 RANKED BUCKEYES!
Michigan ball ath their own 47, victory formation...
Ok, so I'm a fucking nerd, but a man can dream, can't he?
unfortunately for Michigan, if Hall is on Ginn, then Gonzo's gonna be WIDE open against Trent. Unless of course Trent continues his career as a flag magnet and extends the drive on an illegal contact or defensive pass interference call.
People in Columbus and in Ohio don't care about the criminals and the scandal...It's just win baby...At any cost...
They have made it an art...
As I have said before...

michigan blog posting at its finest
If any of that happens (broken up pass or late TD to win) -- it really doesn't matter.
A close game means a re-match.
I shudder when I think about playing two of these games. i don't think I could take it.
Re-match? So when's the cry gonna be "best of 3", no wait, "best of 5"? Then it really would be a meaningless national championship.
If ND finishes with one-loss, why don't they deserve a re-match? Hell at least ND played Michigan, SoCal, GaTech as well as their usual cupcakes instead of just ND & OSU + cupcakes, or Texas & Michigan + cupcakes. What's so special about beating Texas if Texas loses to KState (/sarc)?
The point is, you play the regular season for a reason. Otherwise, let's skip straight to the bowl games and not play a regular season, just use pre-season rankings to determine who goes where. Or are we all just priming the pump for excuses, like, "Well, we weren't in it because we were already thinking about playing them again in Glendale."
17c is the section i had my season tix in this year at the shoe!
I read the article by Wojciechowski on Ufer over at ESPN the Website. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the link. It was a great read.
Actually, it looks like the stadium addition could hold in a lot more of the crowd noise.
A great place to find out everything you ever wanted to know about DETROIT AND MICHIGAN
