Volunteer Charged with DUI, Even More Shocking - Fulmer Kicks Him Off Team
Lee Smith, freshman tight end for the Tennessee Volunteer football team was arrested early Wednesday morning after a campus police officer saw him driving on the sidewalk (yes, the sidewalk). The kid must not be that good of a player because Phil Fulmer dismissed him from the team as a result of the incident.
No word on whether Smith called the campus police officer "sugar tits" during the arrest although he did reportedly blame Gators for all the wars in the world.

This is also the player involved in the sex for grades probe that was reported last week.
At least he got the whole Gaytor thing correct.
Maybe Smith was on driving on the sidewalk because he was getting some really good "road head" from his assistant principal.
