At the pre-season Big 10 media extravaganza being held in Chicago this week, Michigan was picked to finish 2nd behind Ohio State which has a loaded offense but must rebuild a defense that loses 9 starters.
Michigan returns 18 starters but apparently the media was savvy enough to figure out that those 18 starters all started on a 7-5 team last year.
