I don't care who you are that's funny right there.
Definitely humorous, but I'm also pretty sure the supposed victim in the SUV was part of the group making the video. Notice they intentionally make sure to leave a large gap between the SUV and the drive-up window so that Katzenmoyer can get through. Since they probably were not unwilling victims, no crime occurred, so there may not have necessarily been a buckstache.

I think they did a gag like this on Jackass when it was on the air, except i think on the show the guy spikes the bag at the end.
