During USC's Dark Period in April, when it seemed a new Trojan scandal was coming out almost daily, Trojan QB Mark "Dirty" Sanchez was arrested for allegedly assaulting a female co-ed. But last Friday, prosecutors decided not to file charges due to "a lack of sufficient evidence beyond a reasonable doubt."

Dirty Sanchez looks like a cross between Greg Brady and Danny Noonan.
He looks like Vinny Chase!
Bingo, Anon! We actually put up a picture of them early last month as "Seperated at Birth." They look like twins!
I guess when Snoop visited he taught the USC players a few tips on how to hide the evidence and dodge the cops...
It was a rush to judgement IMO. Witnesses all backed Sanchez and allegations were made by the alleged victims Mother who wasn't there. I don't blame Mama for trying to protect her girl, don't blame her, but the investigators should have done a little more investigating before rushing to judgement. But you have to take every allegation seriously....
Looks like more of the California judicial system is drinking the Trojan Kool-Aid..."Dirty" is right!
Come on guys... innocent until proven guilty. This guy was never proven guilty, nor came anywhere near it. I am sure his life has basically been ruined by now. Let's ease off him and test him out on the field.
Hey Caligirl--
Where do you get off on your comment on the CA legal system? I guess you never studied Constitutional or criminal law (much like our glorious leaders....). Remember civics???
Ahhh, did I press a sensitive button? haha
As for studying constitutional or criminal law and civics....Do you believe and trust everything you read is the way it should be? I once read that OJ Simpson (another Trojan...I am sensing a pattern) is innocent. Doesn't mean I believe it. The joys of our legal system. BUT, if you want to keep your head in books...by all means...
Nope, but it's my job. I know OJ offed two innocent people but the system found him not guilty. However, Sanchez was not even charged with anything and very little evidence was ever presented to the public. It never even got to the point of a brain-dead jury. The books you mention still represent what our system is supposed to be but I would say that the fascists in our country are slowly whittling our liberties away. I truly am concerned.
