A Pennsylvania man plead guilty to a weapons of mass destruction charge for sending a mail bomb to a Chicago surgeon he claims botched his $8,000 penile enlargement surgery.

Yost - WRONG, AGAIN.
The guy who mailed the bomb, and then called the police to tell them that he mailed it, went to Pennsylvania State.
His lawyer claims that he is mentally ill after the botched surgery. Ya think that made him a little crazy?
I, on the other hand, am at peace with the, um, less than advertised results because there seem to be many other options for me. I just got six more offers in my email box, today! I'll let you know how it goes.
