The state of Texas has halted a controversial program which sent undercover cops to arrest drunks while they were still in the bars. The plan, dubbed "Operation Last Call," was met by a hail of public protest.In a related story, Oklahoma QB Rhett Bomar said he will now only drink at bars in Texas.
