Our Ad Kicks Your Ad's Ass
Loef sent me a link to a great college football blog, EVERY DAY SHOULD BE SATURDAY. They have an occasional "series" in which they profile college promotional ads, those usually tacky spots we see each and every Saturday during the games. The link above is the post they did for their look at the Michigan spot. Very funny. It's a must-read.

I love this ad, and always have. It's awesome. Fucking space.
The only thing I've ever seen that comes close is the wonderful Miami ad, you know the one. It goes like this:
BABE, BABE, BABE, Miami nightlife, BABE, class, BABE, BABE, Hurricane Football, BABE, BABE.
At least they know how to market their strengths.
They have a pretty entertaining blog there.
My favorite comment was this:
Do you think an all OSU crew would file insurance claims upon re-entry for all the “stuff” that was “stolen” by “moon men”? (I picture Tressel using excessive air quotes, can anyone confirm?).
